About Role:

Apptware is a leading design and technology company dedicated to crafting high-quality digital experiences. We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (6-10 years of experience) to lead and contribute to complex design projects, mentor junior designers, and drive innovation in user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for complex projects.
  • Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to align design with business objectives.
  • Establish and refine design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new design methodologies and technologies.
  • Advocate for user-centric design across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related design discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of complex digital projects.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sprints.
